Yosvany Terry, an internationally acclaimed musician and composer, is making significant contributions to the world of Afro-Cuban music through his research and performances.As a senior lecturer on music and director of the Harvard Jazz Ensembles, his experiences traveling between Benin and Cuba have deepened his understanding of the rich musical traditions that exist within the African diaspora.
